This program is designed for both seasoned stylists and newcomers to the industry, aiming to build a nationwide community of Trinity Twist Certified stylists who will be available for our Tribe to book with. Bukky will be your instructor—she’s as sweet as can be, but her standards and expectations are high for each student.

Cost: $5,555

3-Day Training Details:

  • Training Dates: January 23rd-30th (Exact dates to be confirmed)
  • Location: 4-night, 5-day stay at an Orlando resort
    • Day 1 - Travel & Check-in, Meet and Greet
    • Day 2 - The Fundamentals: Learn Bukky’s tapering, pulling, twisting methods, and layering techniques
    • Day 3 - Model Installation with Bukky’s Guidance and Demonstration
    • Day 4 - Model Installation, Solo 
    • Day 5 - Travel & Check-out
  • Meals: Breakfast and lunch provided on training days
  • Starter Kit: $550 worth of supplies (good to service 8 clients)
  • Cohort Size: Small, intimate group (maximum of 2 students)
  • Region Quota: Limited number of stylists trained per region
  • Training Videos: Recording of training included
  • Client Referral Program: Listed on the website as "Trinity Twist Certified"
  • Introduction Dinner: A “Meet and Greet” to connect
  • Wholesale Access: Join our "Purchase Power Group" to buy hair directly, bypassing beauty supply stores
  • Bonus: Complimentary business coaching consultation available
  • Optional: Personal training at your home location, if needed.

Booking Details:

  • Deposit: $1,111 (non-refundable, to secure training location and materials) due upon application submission
  • Balance: Remaining balance split into 4 payments of $1,111, with the final payment due one week before training begins
  • Discount: 10% off for full payment upfront

Important Information:

  • Models: Trainees are responsible for arranging their own models

  • Atmosphere: Enjoy complimentary food in a fun, welcoming space
  • No Guests: Training is solo; additional guests require prior approval
  • Punctuality: Trainees are expected to arrive on time and complete each day’s tasks

Non-Disclosure & Non-Compete Agreement:

This training program shares exclusive trade secrets integral to Tribal Hair Studios. All trainees must sign a non-disclosure, non-compete agreement before training begins. This agreement prohibits training others in Trinity Twist techniques in person or through any media, with violations subject to a $100,000 penalty. This policy safeguards Tribal Hair Studios and protects all certified trainees.

Dismissal Policy:

This program requires openness to learning, listening, and following instructions. If, at any point, the instructor determines that a trainee is no longer a good fit, the instructor reserves the right to dismiss the trainee. If dismissed before the first day of training is concluded, a third of the program fee may be refunded. Dismissal after training begins on the second day is non-refundable. Tribal Hair Studios will only train individuals of good moral standing and character.
