Tribal Hair Studio Wholesale Guidelines

Thank you for your interest in becoming an authorized retailer of Tribal Hair Studio products. Please review the guidelines below and complete the attached pre-qualification form. Submit the completed form and supporting documents in PDF format to Tribalhairsalon@gmail.com. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

Selection Criteria:

Tribal Hair Studio selects retailers based on several considerations, including revenue, location, inventory range, credit rating, and alignment with our marketing and growth strategies. While all applications will be fairly reviewed, we reserve the right to accept or reject applications for any lawful reason and may terminate underperforming or delinquent accounts without notice.

Minimum Requirements:

Applicant must be a physical retail store with proper permits.
Applicant must not be located near an existing Tribal Hair Studio retailer.
Applicant must have no history of payment delinquency.
Applicant must be able to fund a minimum opening order of $1,500.
The first full order must be placed within 30 days of account approval.
Operational Restrictions:

Tribal Hair Studio does not sell directly to consumers and requires proof of retail operations. Applicants without physical retail stores, or those planning to sell exclusively online or through third-party platforms like Amazon or eBay, are also eligible for a direct account. We supply to hair salons.

Multiple Locations:

Applicants with multiple retail locations must apply for approval for each location where they intend to sell Tribal Hair Studio products. Retailers cannot resell our products to other retailers or sell them at unauthorized locations.

Exclusive Dealerships:

While we generally do not award exclusive dealerships, we may reject applications from those located near existing retailers based on our internal guidelines. These guidelines consider factors such as population density, demographics, product demand, and proximity to other retailers.

E-commerce Requirements:

For e-commerce applicants, a secure, well-maintained website with secure payment processing, order tracking, fast shipping, return processing, and live customer service is required. E-commerce sites should be operated by the applicant’s full-time employees and may need a dedicated section for Tribal Hair Studio products.

Retailer Obligations:

Authorized retailers must provide certain customer services and quality controls for our products, participate in promotional events, attend product education sessions, and comply with our advertising, merchandising, and display guidelines.

Suspension or Termination:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies.

Credit Policy:

New accounts require a signed credit agreement and personal guarantees from all owners. Periodic financial information may be required, including bank statements, tax returns, and balance sheets. Credit terms are “net 30 days,” but not all applicants will receive credit terms, and credit limits may vary. Tribal Hair Studio may adjust credit limits or revoke credit terms based on account performance.

Amendments:

Tribal Hair Studio may modify these policies at any time without notice. No part of these policies should be construed as a binding obligation on Tribal Hair Studio.
