Tribal Hair Studio Wholesale Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the wholesale purchase of products from Tribal Hair Studio ("Company") by the Applicant ("Customer"). By submitting a pre-qualification form, the Customer agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Minimum Order Requirement

The minimum order value is $1,500. Orders below this threshold will not be accepted.

3. Approval Process

All pre-qualification forms are subject to approval by the Company. Submission of the form does not guarantee acceptance.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are determined on a case-by-case basis. Accepted payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, and other methods as agreed upon. Payment terms will be communicated upon approval of the pre-qualification form.

5. Pricing and Discounts

Wholesale pricing is provided to approved Customers. Prices are subject to change without notice. Volume discounts may be available based on order size.

6. Shipping

Shipping costs are borne by the Customer unless otherwise agreed. The Company will provide shipping options and costs upon order confirmation.

7. Returns and Exchanges

Returns are accepted only for defective products or incorrect shipments within 14 days of receipt. All returns must be authorized by the Company. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

8. Confidentiality

The Customer agrees to keep all pricing, discounts, and business practices confidential and not disclose this information to any third party.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Company's liability is limited to the replacement of defective products or the refund of the purchase price. The Company is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Company is headquartered. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved in the courts of this state.

11. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes.

12. Acceptance

By submitting the pre-qualification form and placing orders, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
